To ensure secure domestic and international transportation, all shipments are accepted in accordance with applicable government regulations, airline policies, customs requirements, and international shipping standards.
1. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from transportation through our logistics network:
- Explosives, fireworks, ammunition, and military-grade materials
- Flammable, combustible, toxic, corrosive, or radioactive substances
- Illegal narcotics, controlled substances, and prohibited chemicals
- Firearms, weapons, and related components
- Counterfeit goods, forged documents, and illegal merchandise
- Currency, bullion, and unsecured high-value valuables
- Human remains, biological waste, and infectious materials
- Live animals, endangered species, and protected wildlife
- Any shipment prohibited under local or international law
2. Restricted Items
The following commodities may be accepted only after regulatory verification, required documentation, and destination-country approval:
- Lithium batteries and battery-powered electronic devices
- Pharmaceutical products and medical supplies
- Food products, beverages, and other perishable goods
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care products
- Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products
- Medical equipment and laboratory samples
- Agricultural products, plants, and seeds
- Liquids, powders, gels, and aerosol products
- Jewellery, luxury goods, and other high-value consignments
- Confidential documents requiring enhanced security handling
3. International Shipments
Import restrictions vary by destination country. It is the sender's responsibility to confirm that the contents of an international shipment are legal to import at the destination. Our team can advise on documentation, but final customs clearance decisions rest with the destination country's authorities.
4. Compliance Notice
All consignments are subject to security screening, operational inspection, and regulatory verification prior to acceptance. FlyOn Logistics reserves the right to decline, suspend, or return any shipment that does not comply with applicable transportation regulations, customs requirements, carrier policies, or safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipments are accurately declared and fully compliant with the import and export regulations of both the origin and destination countries. Shipping charges are non-refundable where a shipment is declined, suspended, or returned for non-compliance.
