By accessing this website or booking a shipment with FlyOn Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

FlyOn Logistics provides domestic parcel delivery, international courier, B2B and corporate freight, and related packaging, documentation, and customs advisory services, either directly or through franchise branch partners operating under the FlyOn Logistics name.

3. Booking & Pricing

Shipment rates are based on weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service type, and are confirmed at the time of booking or quotation. Rates communicated through enquiry forms or over the phone are estimates until a shipment is booked and weighed at pickup.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous, illegal, or restricted items for shipment, including but not limited to explosives, narcotics, live animals, currency, and items prohibited under Indian customs, postal, or export regulations. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or hold any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines communicated on this website or by our team are estimates and not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, regional disruptions, or incomplete address/documentation provided by the sender. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

6. Liability & Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited as per our standard terms of carriage, unless additional declared-value insurance has been purchased at the time of booking. Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date, along with the tracking number.

7. Payments

Shipment charges are payable as agreed at the time of booking, whether prepaid, cash-on-pickup, or on a corporate billing cycle for approved business accounts. Unpaid dues may result in shipment holds pending settlement.

8. Franchise Branches

FlyOn Logistics franchise branches operate under our brand and standards, but each branch is scoped to its own regional operations. Certain services, timelines, or rates may vary slightly by branch/location.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
